The subject of this Diploma Thesis is newly built polyfunctional building in the Prague – Holešovice. Building land is slightly sloping. The building will be followed by the surrounding buildings. The building consists of seven floors. The floor underground technical spaces and collective garages. On the ground floor are two commercial spaces and reception. In the second to fifth floor are office space. The top floor is a penthouse with terraces. The building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton accompanied by a facade wall and the wall forming the core. The core consists of a elevator and a staircase. Floor slabs is continuous reinforced concrete slab with capitals. The façade of the building is divided by pilasters, stone cladding. Root at the penthouse is composed of a terrace with vegetation. Ground floor consists of shop windows with sun screens. All designs are in accordance to the valid ČSN code.

Content of the Diploma thesis is the design documentation a block of flats with trade gallery in Tábor. The design documentation and annexes of diploma thesis are elaborated according to present valid laws, goverment´s restrictions and standards. This object is located on plot no. 1457/33 and 1457/1 cadastre unit Tábor. The building is situated in area designated to housing development. Next to the land are there public infrastructure. The apartment building is divided into 20 flats including one accessible flat and café for 60 customers and max 5 employees. Flats are located from second floor except accessible flat, which is in grounfloor. In grounfloor is common storage area and utility room. Building has four (above-ground) floor. Object is dimensioned 31,7 x 25,2 m and high 13,6 m.The object is builded on finished grade. Load-bearing structural systém is from hollow bricks. Building has flat roof and whole object is thermal insulated.

Unannounced on site inspections in competition The purpose of my thesis is to analyse unannounced on site inspections in the competition law with regards to the Czech and European Union legal system. The thesis is composed of six chapters. Chapter one is introductory and defines the aims of the thesis. Chapter Two briefly discusses the basic legal framework of this area of law. Chapter Three is subdivided into six subchapters and sets out the competence of competition authorities including the cooperation within the European Competition Network. Chapter Four consists of two parts and concentrates on problems resulting from specific administrative proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition. Chapter Five is composed of fourteen subchapters. Each of them deals with specific aspects and details of inspections in a broader perspective.
